'I Hope You Dance', 714 Carolina Blvd, Beach House is wonderful with private in ground pool! Only 100 yards to beach access and a short walk to local restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is right outside your door!

Immaculately built and decorated for comfortable low country living! Open floor plan with hardwoods and high ceilings. Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, double sink, undercounter ice maker and wet bar. Laundry room next to kitchen with pantry, fridge/freezer, wine/beverage cooler, washer and dryer. Dining table seats eight and seating for three at kitchen island.

Comfortable living room with gas fireplace and smart tv. Living room has french doors opening onto screen porch overlooking private pool with lots of seating and dining table for four. There is a private den/sunroom with sectional sofa and smart tv.

All bedrooms have private oversize bathrooms (with hair dryers) and smart tv. One bedroom, with queen bed, is on the first level with french doors to front porch and ensuite bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms are on the second level. One with queen bed, french doors opening onto private porch with ensuite bathroom with tub-shower, one with two queen beds with ensuite bathroom with tub-shower and the main suite.

Main suite has king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, smart tv, large private screen porch overlooking pool, and dressing room with double closets. Master bathroom has double sinks, shower, jetted tub and toilet room.

The nautical inspired third floor lookout (with window walls on 3 sides) has ocean and intracoastal waterway views. Sunsets and July 4th fireworks are amazing! There is a smart tv and comfortable seating (murphy bed) for hanging out.

This is low country living at its best! The private pool area includes a fantastic outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower house with changing room. Relax in this wonderful beach house, play by the beach or pool, read a book on the porch of your choice, take a stroll, or drive to Charleston for all it has to offer!

MUST BE 25 years of age or older to rent this home! We remind you this home is located in a residential area, and Isle of Palms is sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes, particularly in the evening hours. Parties and large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm are not allowed. The noise ordinance is enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction. We do not rent to house parties.

NO pets allowed (if rule broken $1000 fee)

Trash collection: Trash pick-up is Tuesday morning by 8:00am and recycling is Wednesday/Thursday. A service, owners pay, comes to take the trash bins to the street and return to the house to make your vacation easier.
