New high-efficiency central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire house keeps you comfortable during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all areas of the house including backyard, laundry, and garage access. We are flexible with the 3 pm check-in as there is a keyless entry lock. You can arrive anytime after 3 pm and possibly earlier with notification if the place is ready.

Easy access to everywhere from Uptown. It is 5 minutes to UNM and Nob Hill and 15 minutes to the airport. Highway access is about 1 mile and next to Route 66 and I-40. Walking distance to Coronado Center and many great locations.
