Trip to Albuquerque
The house was a lot smaller than what pictured, the back yard was not as pictured, the house had roaches live and dead, there were only enough towels for one night, we stayed for a weekend. The location was right by a stop light, hard to get out of the driveway. Says in the ad, there are 2 bathrooms with shower, the master bathroom shower did not work. The bedding was not clean, glad we took our own blankets, the sheets had hair on them, not very impressed with this rental, not worth the money I paid. Would definitely not recommend this property.

I loved the house! I was worried about my crew cab truck fitting in the front driveway but it fit just fine. I would love to stay again!

Why they chose this property

In the middle of Old Town & Downtown, and as one of the oldest neighborhoods in ABQ, there are many great eateries, shopping, coffee shops, and things to do/see within walking and biking distance of Casa Doce!

What makes this property unique

This home is so special, playing a role in Albuquerque’s history since 1916. The two side-by-side homes were built by two brothers. This special place has changed and grown and morphed over the years to be the beautiful establishment you see today. The many additions and modifications make it a “generational home”. We couldn’t be happier to be a part of this home’s history and to share it with curious travelers like yourself. The location is perfect to explore the city- with both downtown and old town only a couple blocks away. Plus the neighborhood itself is full of so much life and history! We call it Casa Doce (Home 12 in Spanish) since duodécima (12th) didn’t quite roll off the tongue.
