A renovated home in Monte rio, Russian River. Come enjoy beautiful nature of redwood trees and private creek combined with a modern design minimalistic Nordic style home. Enjoy the full of light space with high celling and large windows., with large deck, outdoor sitting area and a hot tub. 5 minutes drive to the river beach, 3 minutes drive to a skate park and cafe, 7 minutes drive to downtown Guerneville and downtown Occidental.
In the summer the creek is usually dry. Hosting quiet guests only, over 30 year old, or families. No parties, no outside guests. 2 cars max.31 nights stays minimum.
