The house was great and we had no problems while staying there. It was right next to a busy road that is loud at all hours and the park was not one I’d let my kids play in as people were sleeping in it. But the house was well secured. It was also very clean and the house itself was exactly as advertised.

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful and centrally located home. Our host is very accommodating, made us feel right at home. We have family in Chattanooga and plan to return again next summer. Absolutely love parking at the front door, everything you need to cook which I love a lot.. and very close to Ruby falls and lookout mountain..We can't thank you enough for your hospitality and really do appreciate everything.

This house was perfect for our stay while helping our daughter and niece move into the dorms at UTC. The location was perfect (4-minute walk to the dorm), the layout was perfect (slept 6 of us comfortably), it had all the amenities we needed, and it was very clean. Highly recommended. Thanks!

We had a great stay here, the house is clean and modern inside and plenty of space for our family of 6. There is a little seating area out the back which is nice. It’s nicely decorated and just like the photos. The only negative is the location of the property to quite a loud/busy road - that maybe explained why there were earplugs at everyone’s bedside table :) Nonetheless we slept fairly well, the odd siren or loud car woke me. One suggestion I would make would be having a few more baking trays for the oven. We did struggle a bit to get our dinner cooked with the limited oven trays available - unless some were hiding somewhere we missed. Overall a great spot to stay in and we would stay again.

Great place to stay in downtown Chattanooga! Plenty of parking, clean and comfortable accommodations. The kitchen had everything needed. The open floorplan made it easy for our group to be in on all that was happening. Definitely recommend staying here!
