Located in a hamlet 5 km from Gourdon, you will be close to all amenities (shops, services) but also at the edge of the Dordogne, you can visit the city of Sarlat or visit the castles of the valley of the Dordogne Lotoise... Nature lover and walking enthusiast you will be charmed by the places. Some steps give access to the terrace and then in an entrance leading to the living room/kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave...), 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1,40m each), bathroom, separate toilet. Electric heating and air conditioning in the living room. Covered balcony terrace, 1/2 enclosed plot. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
