Chalet Ingrid - OG of an EFH - not a complete apartment!

It is the upper floor in a detached house in Heiligensee (on the outskirts of Berlin). The slowly growing construction of the house from 1930 to today makes it unique ... (about 65 square meters). I live in the lower area. The apartment is well equipped and newly renovated. Wi-Fi is available, bed linen, towels and hair dryer as well. In the kitchen with dishwasher, 2 ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and microwave, there is a good basic equipment incl. Salt, pepper, oil and much more. If necessary, a bike can be borrowed, for example, to get bread!
Since I also live in the house, I am always available and can help if necessary.
We have a common entrance. However, the construction is such that both areas are well separated, but it is not a separate separate apartment. It may be that I have to supply for technical reasons (hot water supply) to the attic. The house is equipped with a thermal solar system (300l memory). If there are only a few hours of sunshine in summer or during the transitional period, the additional heating will be regulated from the attic. For this I would have to go through the upper floor to the attic. Which of course only happens with consultation.

The sockets have child safety locks and if necessary I provide a high chair or a travel cot available.

For very young children, the staircase leading to the upper floor is not completely safe. It is an open staircase. As a precaution, I have classified the apartment as not child-friendly in the description.
