The apartment has a great location. It near all of the best restaurants and sites in Old Town Nice. It was very clean and well equipped. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the middle of the best and most charming part of Nice.

Very good, as advertised. Everything very nicely kept, the apartment was in good shape (not "formerly good shape but presently beat up by too many guests" as other VRBO's have been on occasion).We enjoyed the character of the space as well as the great location near the heart of old Nice, and not too far from "new Nice" restaurtants/shops, etc. The most important aspect was that it was right near the Ironman race start!!

Beautifully decorated. Studio bdrm and bath has no outside ventilation. Could use a cocktail table in front of sofa. Overall, nice place.

Location and apartment was absolutely fantastic. Check in was quite complicated and had to communicate a lot with the host before and during the stay. Highly recommend staying here.
