The cozy living area features an ultra-comfortable sofa and opens onto a charming little balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

The bedroom features a double bed (140x200) made with hotel-quality linens. Please note that the room is accessible via stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

A professional cleaning service ensures the apartment is spotless between stays.

All that's left is for you to relax and enjoy!

Some minor cosmetic hairline cracks are currently being repaired. A survey has confirmed these are non-structural and pose no risk.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

Our home is located conveniently in the 1st arrondissement. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The Halles and Châtelet district, located in the historic heart of Paris, is a vibrant mix of culture, shopping and entertainment. Once a bustling central market, it's now home to the Forum des Halles, a modern shopping mall. Explore the lively streets lined with trendy boutiques, cafés and cosmopolitan restaurants. Don't miss a visit to the Saint-Eustache church and a stroll through the Nelson Mandela Garden for a green break. Nearby, discover the Châtelet district, known for its historic theatres, picturesque covered passageways and lively atmosphere. The Halles and Châtelet district is a must for discovering Parisian urban life in all its diversity.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Châtelet–Les Halles RER station (lines A, B, and D) is just a 1-minute walk away.

Les Halles metro station (Line 4) is just a 4-minute walk away.

Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
