This exceptional villa offers a refined, peaceful setting for a memorable stay in total privacy.

The main villa sleeps up to 8 guests.

Two independent studios can be opened depending on your group size.

These spaces are never rented separately – the entire property is exclusively yours.

• Up to 8 guests : Main villa + pool

• 10 guests : Main villa + pool + 2-person studio

• 13 guests : Main villa + pool + 2-person studio + 3-person studio + pool house

*Main Villa (180 m² – 8 guests)

Ground floor:

A spacious 100 m² living area with seating for 13, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large bay windows opening onto the terraces.

Fully equipped open kitchen (40 m²) with central island, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Separate pantry with American-style fridge, washing machine, and ironing area.

Separate toilet.

Upstairs:

4 air-conditioned bedrooms (12–20 m²), with Queen or double beds and ample storage.

2 bathroom (bathtub + shower), and 1 separate toilet.



*Independent studios (available depending on group size)

• Studio 1 (45 m² – 3 guests): 50 m from the villa, air-conditioned, double bed + single bed, private shower room with WC, private terrace.

• Studio 2 (35 m² – 2 guests): 150 m from the villa, by a stream near the pool. Double bed, shower room with WC, air-conditioned.



Outdoor spaces

• Terraces: Three furnished areas, including a 10-person dining table, Fermob lounge under a centuries-old plane tree, and a private studio corner.

• Pool house: Summer kitchen (plancha grill, sink, American-style fridge), teak dining room enclosed with glass doors.

• Private pool: Saltwater pool (12 x 6 m), 1–2 m deep, (weather permitting).

• Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach/pool towels)

• Baby equipment on request (travel crib, high chair)

• End-of-stay cleaning included (please leave the property in respectful condition)

The villa is ideally located: 30 minutes from Hyères Airport and its beaches, and just 20 minutes from Toulon.

The nearest beaches are reachable in about 20 minutes by car.

Several uncovered parking spaces are available directly on the property.

Within a 10-minute drive, you’ll find local markets, excellent bakeries, pastry shops, and traditional butchers.

The villa is located on the heights of Solliès-Pont, in a peaceful residential area. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a calm and soothing setting, ideal for recharging your batteries while remaining close to amenities.

Public transport mainly serves the center of Solliès-Pont, located below the villa.

The SNCF train station (10 min by car) offers regional connections to Toulon, Hyères, and more.

Regional bus lines (ZOU!) also connect nearby towns (info & tickets on zou.maregionsud or the “Réseau Mistral” app).

* Before your arrival :

Depending on the booking platform, the following may be required :

• A valid photo ID

• A secured credit card pre-authorization for the security deposit

• Proof of liability insurance covering the duration of your stay


* Bed linen and towels :

Bed linen and bath towels can be rented on request.

Please bring your own towels for the beach and sun loungers.


* Included services :

• End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, the property must be left in a reasonably tidy condition.

• Additional charges may apply in case of excessive mess or unusual cleaning needs.


* Surroundings :

While the property is secluded and peaceful, occasional traffic noise from the valley below may be heard depending on wind direction.


* House rules :

• Please respect legal quiet hours, as the neighboring house is located at the edge of the property

• Parties are strictly prohibited

• Quiet hours: from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• No smoking indoors

• Pets are not allowed

• No commercial activity is permitted on the premises

• No unregistered visitors are allowed

• Any external guests must be declared in advance via email with their full name
