The space
The first floor is made up of two guest bedrooms, a full-bath, large fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room (overlooking the pool), and two sitting areas - the living room and sunroom. The second floor contains a massive master bedroom (with direct access to large roof deck overlooking the pool and front yard), walk-in closet, spacious fourth bedroom and second full-bath.

The large backyard hosts an in-ground, salt-water pool with sun ledge perfect for children’s play or to be used for adults to lounge and catch some rays. The six-seat dining table, gazebo and large Weber propane grill make outside dining/entertainment easy and fun. Four reclining chaise lounges are perfect for sun bathing and enjoying the view. For the kids, the backyard also includes plenty of grassy space for games, running around, and more.

In addition to being just two blocks from a sizable, yet quiet beach, the home is in walking/biking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, bars and even the town grocery store. Enjoy a unique experience with Brigantine’s famous DRIVE-ON beach, the Cove, located only a mile from the house. A quick 1.8 mile drive/bike will take you to Brigantine’s acclaimed Laguna Beach Bar, where you can get drinks, dinner or just enjoy great music in the sand with friends/family. Looking for more nightlight or shopping? It’s a 5 minute ride to Atlantic City’s exciting casinos, restaurants, shows and outlets. Have a golf lover in the family? We are conveniently located just a few miles from two golf courses (Atlantic City Country Club and Brigantine Golf Links).
