Large and beautiful family chalet (3 bedrooms) with a view of the valley, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, close to shops, spacious and comfortable, very quiet.

On the ground floor a large very well arranged kitchen-dining room, you can cook with several people. A large living room around the stone fireplace, a smaller lounge area, all open with large French windows .
A beautiful master suite with bathroom and toilet. Another toilet and a laundry room.
Upstairs two beautiful bedrooms: one with a 140 bed, armchairs and a bedroom with wooden bunk beds and a 140 bed, an office unit.
Lots of crockery and kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels.
Good bedding recently changed.
Beautiful walks from the chalet, caves to visit, on foot too. Very quiet, no noise.
In summer we enjoy the terrace, tables, chairs and outdoor armchairs, and the very large enclosed garden with an orchard. In summer the chalet keeps the cool inside.

In winter, the mountain atmosphere by the fire allows you to meet and relax after a good day of sport.
When the snow is there, it's even more pleasant!
