Perfect in Palm Springs

This property was perfect for my husband and I along with our dog. The private back yard is lovely, and allowed our dog to run and play. The development is quiet, but is in a great location to explore Palm Springs and the surrounding area.

Nice Neighborhood

The house was decorated very nicely. Beautiful yard! But is does need a new couch and the green egg bbq didn’t work as well as I except, would of preferred a propane or gas bbq.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of this community. Surrounded by million dollar homes, yet just 10 minutes from the airport or the downtown area.

What makes this property unique

My home has a garage, is single level with only one attached neighbor. The home and large walled garden are very private. A little oasis. Green Egg, outdoor burner, fire table, outdoor heater, private jacuzzi spa, and relaxing patio swings. You'll love it!
