About this property

Home Away from Home in Lake Havasu!

Welcome to our vacation rental site, first of all we want to thank you for considering our property and taking the time to view the photos and reading about the property. This home was built in 2000 and we purchased it back in 2009 and since then we have made it our own over the past 15 years. In June of 2024 we just completed a major renovation of the backyard which included a new swimming pool with a mini-pebble finish, a 50 foot wide patio cover with recessed lights and ceiling fans complimented with nicely appointed patio furniture and a high quality outdoor ping pong table. Our home offers a very large and level driveway in addition to a very deep RV/Boat parking area with RV hookups. which makes it easy for travelers with large rigs to park. The most common thread that travelers rave about is the the location and convenience to popular Lake Havasu destinations like the London Bridge, Main Street bars and restaurants, Windsor State Beach and much more. Our home is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, during the cooler months we like to sleep with the windows open and we are rarely disturbed with loud noises of any kind.

Our goal is for you to enjoy our property so much that it will be your first choice to stay at when you return to Lake Havasu City, we are constantly making upgrades and improvements based on our visits and past client remarks to make sure that we leave no stone unturned when it comes to your comfort and making you feel at home.

Our property shows 'Pride of Ownership' and the condition is extremely good. Interior amenities include Hi-Speed WIFI Internet, Cable TV in Living room and Master Bedroom, exterior security cameras, forced air heating and cooling, high ceilings with recessed lights in the Kitchen. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, lots of closet space and ceiling fans. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including microwave oven, dishwasher, both traditional coffee maker and Kurig, electric range and oven. All utensils and cooking ware are provided. Both bathrooms feature skylights with dual sinks in the master bath that also has a walk-in shower with built-in seating, bathroom #2 is a full bath with shower in tub. This home definitely is a 'Home Away From Home' and we welcome you and your friends & family to enjoy the Lake Havasu experience without sacrificing the comforts of home, we look forward to hearing from you soon!

Fantastic location and great communication

My group booked for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect spot. The property owner was accommodating and great at responding to us allowing us to get in and out with ease. The property itself is centrally located and made it a breeze to uber or Lyft to all local bars and to the lake launch sites with in a few minutes. The pool and backyard have plenty of room for tossing a football or just relaxing and tanning. Overall quiet neighborhood. We will be coming back!

Great Villa

Nice, clean villa, good location. David is an excellent host, allowing us to move in at very short notice when we needed to leave the villa we had originally booked. He didn't even charge us for a couple of days. Lacking a few items but nothing we could not source easily.Our stay was during 21 days of record breaking temperatures and the aircon saved us.

Best Host in Lake Havasu

All I can do is thank David for allowing me to stay at his beautiful and super clean home! It was my birthday during Memorial Day weekend. He made it 10x better just for allowing us in. David and his wife’s communication to make sure everything flows perfectly was great! The location of the house is perfect, down the street from the grocery store and about 3-5 minutes from the lake!! Definitely will be back!

Comfortable and Convenient

We were visiting family from out of state and this house was the perfect location for us. Close to family, the lake and pretty much everything we wanted to see. David was super communicative. Probably the best communication with a VRBO host that we’ve ever had. And we’ve stayed in many vacation homes over the years, so that was very welcome and impressive. That being said we booked the house for the pool, and we barely used it. The water was freezing. I’m a Michigan girl and have swam in plenty of cold water. This was unbearable. That was a little bit of a disappointment. We were given the option to heat it, if we wanted to pay for it. We decided to have it heated. However it really never warmed up enough for us to enjoy it. Which was really unfortunate because it’s such a beautiful pool! We did make good use of the ping pong table though and that was a lot of fun! So, if you’re considering this home for your Lake Havasu vacation, book it! But definitely have the pool pre-heated before you arrive. We never even considered that it wouldn’t be warm enough because of the day time temperatures. Overall 5 star host!

We enjoy the outdoors which is the main reason we purchased in Lake Havasu, in the summer we like being on the lake and early morning walks along the lake and in the cooler months we enjoy taking our side by side CanAm off-roading with friends.

Why they chose this property

David and Tanya have been coming to Lake Havasu since the early 1970's, after renting vacation homes in the area for literally decade's we decided to purchase a home of our own back in 2009. We selected the area where the home is situated because it was so close to many of the attractions and points of interest that travelers want to visit. Many of the travelers reviews of our home comment that the home is in a great location and extremely convenient to points of interest and the neighborhood is very quiet.

What makes this property unique

We both agree that Lake Havasu is logistically one of the best spots on the Colorado River, we enjoy visiting the casinos in Laughlin, spending time on the 'Parker Strip' below Parker Dam, and 4 wheeling in the designated off road areas around Lake Havasu. Our neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and breath taking sunsets, with a peek a boo view of the lake. For travelers with large boats our home offers a very long and level parking area for RV's and trailers.
