This house was perfect for our trip. We came up for the Oaks and Derby with a group of guys, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The neighborhood felt safe and was in a great location, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well set up for a group. Would definitely stay here again.

Jefferson Derby Stay

Great property for our group of six people, in five beds, including two sofa beds. We attended the Kentucky Oaks and Derby and the house is very handy to Churchill Downs, 20 minutes in a taxi, and closer to downtown Louisville.
