The house is near the eclectic and artistic Roosevelt Row neighborhood and a short drive to the airport, mountains and many other noteworthy destinations. We had a very comfortable stay in this charming bungalow. The bedrooms and living areas were cozy and the kitchen was functional and clean. Enthusiastically recommend!

Great location! It was centrally located for everywhere that we needed to go. Comfy beds and very clean. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Noah was very responsive and checked in a few times to make sure that our needs were met. If we ever make it back to Phoenix, we will stay here again.

Excellent stay

It was an excellent stay very well kept plus a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors was very nice and helpful. Overall I highly recommend staying here. The communication with the property owner is 5 star quality. Thank you and continue success.

Since we checked in after midnight, we didn’t get to see much of the neighborhood until the next day. Landscape of property was pretty. Neighborhood was quiet. Stores and food places were within walking distance. Nice neighbors. Interior rooms were clean especially kitchen and bathroom and bedrooms.
