This inviting property features a fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, blackout blinds, and a spacious covered patio perfect for relaxing. Enjoy exclusive community amenities including a private sandy beach, river access, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, and fire pit. Historic downtown Grand Lake is steps away with restaurants, shops, landmarks, and the public marina.

There are so many activities for the entire family to enjoy year-round. Summer visitors can enjoy lake life activities or hike into the Rocky Mountain National Park, golf, horseback ride, or enjoy a show at The Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater. Winter visitors can enjoy ice fishing, ice skating, sledding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling with over 100 miles of trails!

Amazing location and very cozy cabin

The cabin is very well cared for and super cozy. It was perfect for our family to spend a few winter days relaxing in Grand lake. I would definitely recommend this cabin for the proximity to town.

Cozy Cabin for Winter Break

What a wonderful get-a-way in this cozy little cabin. We had a great time enjoying Grand Lake, Granby Ranch and relaxing between the holiday hustle. This rustic cabin has modern updates and smells wonderful! Can’t wait for our next trip!

Perfect cabin for our stay at Grand Lake!!

We could not have been happier with this cabin and its accommodations!! Nicely decorated, everything we needed in the kitchen, gas fireplace, fast reliable internet, heated floors in the bathroom, probably the MOST comfortable large sized hide a bed. The bed in the bed room was comfortable also! Comfortable seating outside on the porch. The kitchen eating area is small for more than two people but we just ate in the living room or outside on the porch. The cabin is walking distance to Grand Lake stores and restaurants plus it is just a little walk to the lake. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Best location in town!

This place was so amazing purely because you could walk to basically all the attractions nearby within 5 minutes. And there's an awesome coffee shop right around the corner!
