Sleeping 8 guests comfortably, our modern and inviting haven has been thoughtfully designed with every amenity you could desire.

Prepare gourmet meals with ease in our top-of-the-line, fully stocked kitchen featuring a professional-style Kitchen Aid stove and range with wifi capabilities, allowing you to cook while exploring the ocean adventures. The open concept upstairs welcomes you with a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room, complete with a pool table for endless entertainment.

Experience blissful nights in either of the two master suites, one on each floor, boasting luxurious comforts and en suite bathrooms. Downstairs, indulge in a fully soundproof game room, perfect for relaxation and fun with a smart TV and X-Box.

The rooftop deck is a crowning jewel, offering breathtaking views of the dunes and equipped with a gas BBQ, Santa Maria style charcoal BBQ, fire pit, and cozy seating for delightful evenings under the stars.

Upstairs features a large Master Suite, en suite balcony, and bathroom with a standalone tub and shower. The dining room comfortably seats 6, and the fully stocked kitchen ensures you have everything you need for culinary adventures.

Downstairs, you'll find another Master Suite with access to the backyard with a large and inviting outdoor Hot Tub, a Bunk Bed room with board games, and a fully soundproof game room with a smart TV and X-Box. The garage is equipped with all the beach essentials, bikes, and a ping pong table for added fun.

An outdoor hot water shower awaits outside the garage, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Then hop into the large Hot Tub to unwind for the evening. This extraordinary beach home promises an unforgettable escape in the lap of luxury!

Our home has a max amount of 8 guests. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 8 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 8 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 8th guest regardless if they are spending the night or just visiting for the day. We are a pet free home. There will be a $1,000 fine per pet that is on the premises.

Incredible house with everything you need for a relaxing beach vaca

The finishes, appliances, and products in the house were perfect. The pool table, ping pong table, and X box made the teenagers happy. The communication was fast and easy. The location is centrally located, we can’t wait to rent it again. Loved it!

Clean, modern home so close to the beach!

The house was gorgeous. Completely renovated, with it fully stocked with everything we needed. We did a bon fire at the beach, rode bikes, ping pong, hot tub, this place had it all! We put the teenagers downstairs which was perfect and they had their own space. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful Beach House

We spent Thanksgiving here and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house looks brand new and is even more impressive in person, down to every little detail. It's also probably one of the most well-stocked VRBOs we've ever stayed in. They've thought of everything. Amy and Kevin were amazing hosts, super responsive and checked in on us throughout the stay. It's super close to town and is an easy walk to the beach for the kids. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

We just stayed at this lovely property. It’s very clean and is well kept with plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The property manager was super responsive and very helpful. The kitchen and pantry had every thing we needed for all our and the ping pong table got a lot of use! They even have a fun tandem bike which we used to feed the ducks at the end of the street. It’s close to the dunes so we took a couple walks on the beach

Escape to Oceano

The home is fresh, new and immaculate. It overlooks a marsh with chirping birds and is maybe five homes from the sand. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and the canisters of coffee and tea were a nice touch. Similarly, the bathrooms were stocked with top-of-the-line shampoo, conditioner and body wash with extra toiletries in the drawers. We loved the rooftop deck. Fabulous rental!

This house exceeded expectations! Had every kitchen gadget you can imagine. Wish I had been more imaginative with my menu. Such nice thoughtful touches like a s’mores kit and stocked waters in the fridge. The property managers were very responsive! Only downside is I didn’t realize the closest walking distance beach is the one with all the cars on it. Wasn’t ideal for our 3 year olds. Would still be happy to stay here again for future trips! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful VRBO! The property exceeded all of our expectations and provided the perfect getaway. Here are some of the highlights that made our stay so enjoyable: The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to take leisurely strolls and enjoy the stunning ocean views without any hassle. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. From cookware to utensils, it had it all, which made preparing meals a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtfulness put into ensuring that guests have everything they need. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The decor is tasteful, and the layout is spacious and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The garage was a treasure trove of beach fun! There were so many options, from boogie boards to beach chairs and umbrellas. We made the most of our beach days thanks to the great selection provided. We loved the pool table! Quiet neighborhood, nice home & well stocked

This is a beautiful new home that is well stocked above and beyond. It is within steps to the Pier ave Oceano dunes entrance and close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. This vacation rental provides high end furnishings and ample amenities. I would recommend this rental to friends and family.

Best Family Filled Weekend

Now that our children are mid 20's and scattered we wanted to come together and this house was perfect! Location, size, really everything was put together so nicely. Perfect Beach House

Came to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with a few friends. Had a magnificent bbq on the roof, enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen, and our beach bonfire was ideal walking distance and all the supplies provided made it all so easy. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

It is a awesome place that is walking to pismo 5 min to entrance beach. and 5 min walk to SteveATV. Pool Table and PingPong kept the teens busy. Our Ladies though there will be major covid prevention cleaning... not at all... would go there again..
