House was clean and well stocked. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. We all enjoyed the pool, which was well taken care of and clean for us. Would recommend and would love to stay again!
Great property, enjoyed the pool and lake. Very well stocked and the marina was just about a min away to do boat rentals. Grocery store was close as well. Would stay here again
What an amazing time at this lovely home! We had a great visit with family and never had to leave the property to have a great time! The people and neighborhood were friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay. We have a family of five, with kids ranging from 8-11. There was more than enough space in the house. Two distinct living areas, one for adults, and one for kids. But honestly we spent most of our time in the pool! It was great! The hosts communicated often to check-in with us. The only suggestion we had was for there to be kayaks available for the guests. There were photos of what we thought were kayaks, but it turned out to be a paddle board and small canoe, that was locked up and unavailable to us. Other than that, the stay was perfect. We would definitely book again.
We really enjoyed the house. Easy access to the interstate and only about 25 minutes to Chattanooga. The upstairs floor setup was ideal for our group to hangout in the evenings. The only reason we have a 4-star for cleanliness is because the outside deck and grounds needs some attention (overgrown shrubs, cobwebs, pool liner, etc.). Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We would not hesitate recommending this property to others.
This was a very last minute spring break trip for us. We were grateful to find this property. The house is on a hill side. So the drive a very steep and small to navigate. The inside has been updated. The pool was closed at this time. The water level in the lake was very low, typical for this time of the year. Be mindful of the stairs going to the water. It’s a workout in itself! Our only negatives is we felt the cleaning fee was a little high compared to other locations we’ve stayed at. The smart TV needed to be reset because of other accounts being left on it. Otherwise, we wish we were there more in the summer.
Nice vacation house in good location, needs exterior updates
Pros:
Lots of space for multiple families, nice layout of the house
Beds were very comfortable
Interior of house seemed to be recently updated, very nice space
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans to use
Great location and neighborhood
Property management team was very responsive to questions
Cons:
Swimming dock/platform was partially submerged in the water, unable to use
Owner’s boat and paddle board were padlocked to half of the remaining dock and couldn’t be moved, did not leave much space on the dock to be used for fishing or anything else
Pool area is in need of attention. 2 of the chairs were completely broken, not much usable pool furniture. Pool deck could use a good power washing, need to push back the dirt that is covering part of the pool deck
Cannot see the lake from the house lower deck or the pool due to overgrown foliage, and obstructed view from the house upper deck. Need this to be trimmed down so you can enjoy the lake view.
Only one thermostat, made it difficult to regulate the temperature upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs living room would struggle to keep cool during the day, but the downstairs was freezing.

Interior great- exterior spaces need repairs/update
Pros:
-excellent floor plan for an extended family group
-very well-stocked kitchen
-clean interior and nice furnishings
-very responsive property managers
-nice to have the pool
Cons:
-Only one thermostat (behind the fridge?!) made it difficult to regulate the temps on the main floor and the lower floor
-Exterior spaces are well laid out but in need of a deep cleaning / refresh
-Pool Area needs some TLC - minimal seating options, old plastic chairs were dry-rotted. Need more and better furniture down there. The pool liner is stained- pool always looked dirty. Pool decking cracked concrete- needs repair. Pool interior appeared to be “sinking” in one corner.
-Stairs down to the lake are in need of updating or at the very least a pressure wash, new traction strips on the treads, and vegetation clearing.
-Dock has very limited functional space as the floating dock is half-sunk and unusable, and half of the covered dock area is taken up by old paddle boards and water equipment that cannot be moved out of the way because they have locks on them. If you want to get in the lake, the only ladder to get out is blocked by the half-sunk floating dock, so there is no way to get out of you get in. If the floating dock cannot be fixed, perhaps the ladder could be moved to the other side of the dock and old locked equipment moved elsewhere.
We did enjoy our stay, but were disappointed at this price point at the disrepair of the exterior spaces and limited functional use of the dock,
We loved the look of this property online. With a pool, and a dock right on the lake, we were excited. Everything about those pictures were misleading. The dock where you would jump into the water and come back out (with the ladder) is unusable and halfway in the water. The pool has several holes in it, the liner somehow hasn't broken open but we tripped on those many times. The pool maintenance team always showed up with no notice to us, causing us to have to get out for at least an hour and a half for the chemicals to do their job. The AC cannot keep up with the main area with kitchen and living room, it gets to be about 80 degrees in there even if you set the temp to 60. There's a Radeon pipe outside of the home that looks to be disconnected, causing quite a concern. The flooring in this place by the kitchen sink and several other spots feels like it may fall in at any given moment. The dishwasher is partially hanging out of the cabinets, and overall looks poorly installed. The dispenser for ice and water in the fridge is covered in black mold. This house has a serious gnat and mosquito problem right by the windows, as if they are sneaking in. The lower level, below the main, will keep a temperature; So, while you're sweating upstairs the people below are freezing. The stairs down to the lower level and pool outside are leaning sideways and shake a ton, causing a concern for safety when traveling to the pool that way. The owners do respond, but overall the pics are wrong.
We had a wonderful time! The property was just perfect for our family gathering. I would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool and lake!
We were not home much but when we were we really enjoyed gathering on the deck, around the pool, and on the dock watching boats and taking in the beautiful fall colors. We all slept well and we’re very comfortable.
We rented the house for a small family reunion. Three couples and our teenagers all fit nicely. Loved the open concept kitchen and deck space. Pool was great to have, especially since the walk down to the lake got to be too tiring after a while. We rented a boat from a marina nearby- that was fun! But take note that there is no boat or any equipment available to use at the house, other than a few fishing poles, so you'll need to rent out bring your own lake equipment. Location was convenient to lots of attractions- we drove to TopGolf one day. One suggestion I have- we got cold in the bedrooms at night and the beds had only a thin quilt. A comforter would be much warmer. Overall we really enjoyed it and Ian was a great help- even had someone bring us a toaster one morning when we couldn't find one. Beautiful location.
The house was beautiful and very well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware to be able to cook breakfast and supplied coffee ❤️ The pool was a big hit and jumping into the lake off little dock was fun. We hope to rebook for another family trip one day!
