Great Host, communicated with us during our stay answering our questions. House is located centrally for easy access to hiking trails and many other attractions. Enjoyed a comfortable stay and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful place!!!

It was a great stay. Three generations of family there from young kids to grandparents all said they had a great time. The host was spectacular and property was perfect.

We were so happy they could see the Palmer Lake fireworks from our patio with a front row seat. Jeffrey said it was a nice surprise that they were there for the 4th of July festival and that the kids had a great time. We would welcome them back anytime!!

Family Vacation/Wedding

We loved the location of the house, it was close to the wedding venue and all the places we visited. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The lake was a great place to fish and the kids loved the playground. It was nice to be able to walk to town for drinks and ice cream. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house.

What a bridge!

Very well designed house that can accommodate a family comfortably. It was nice having access to the garage to set up bikes and packing the cars. Easy access to Palmer Lake and other areas in Colorado. It would be nice to have at least an 11AM checkout.

Family Base for Air Force Academy Graduation

Wonderful property and host for our Air Force academy graduation week. We were 12 people arriving from Minnesota - and the home was comfortable for a group of this size. About a 20 minutes drive from the base, nestled in the mountainous area of Palmer Lake, with the lake, park, mountain trails and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Perfect for Parents Weekend!

We had our family plus our best friends with us for Parents Weekend at the Air Force Academy. Everyone keeps saying what a wonderful time we had making memories together and spending time on the lake. The cadets got much needed rest and mom's cooking. Perfect location and very comfortable home. We laughed hysterically playing Catch Phrase thanks to the extensive library of games at the house! We will definitely re-book for our next trip!
