activities that make Colorado so alluring. Just a short trip from Palmer Lake, this property is
perfect for those looking to fish or paddle board.
The ranch-style home features two kitchens, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a wrap around deck, and a shaded ground floor patio. With enough space for 12 guests, the whole
family can enjoy their stay at Pikes Peak Mountain Vistas Rancher. This peaceful retreat is
hidden within the pines and close to a quaint town with plenty of shops and adventures. So,
whether you want to take a trip to the lake or explore and hike the acres of beauty on the
grounds, we know you’ll find something to love at the Mountain Vistas Rancher.

You are free to use any unlocked portion of the house. The garage and owner's closets in the primary bedroom will be locked. The barn contains property equipment and tools. Please avoid going into the barn for safety reasons.

There is a keypad located at the front door. Guests are given a unique keycode that works from check-in through checkout. We are available to answer any questions or help with any needs.

This is a super quiet neighborhood with five other neighbors. Each property has between five and 10 acres. No neighbors are within view from the house. All neighbors including ourselves have lived here for many, many years.

Aside from hiking the property around the paths that we have made, you will need a car to get around to most places.

There are .6 miles of dirt road leading to the property. There is a subtle to the moderate hum of outside traffic noise depending on peak times. There are 4 full sized couches for any extra required sleeping space. These are not pull out couches.
Please be sure to:
*Be respectful of neighbors & outside quiet hours after 9 PM
*Keep dogs with their humans at all times as the property is not fenced
*Please bag & pick up after your pet. There are trash cans outside.
*Be mindful to turn off the zoned heaters and/or AC when not in use.
*Hot tub directions are in the directory at the house.
No smoking anywhere in the house. Ashtrays are provided and we ask that no evidence of discards be left in the ashtray or on the grounds.
