"Sunset" is a renovated vacation apartment with a large terrace right on the natural beach, with a wonderful view of the bay and the port of Pollença. Here it will be impossible not to disconnect during your vacation! The old town of Alcudia is just 5 minutes by car. You can enjoy pleasant barbecues on the covered terrace with sea views or relax on one of the loungers.The spacious living room, open to the kitchen, is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi. We really liked the location & the terras of the apartment. It was also very clean upon arriving. However, the photos in the advertisement are totally outdated! The house is nót at all that shiny & bright anymore and it has a lot of practical flaws. There is eg. very little water pressure to shower; half of the cooking pans do not fit induction; there is a very unpleasant smell from the drain in both bathrooms spreading into the house... The accomodation certainly has its pluspoints but reality is not what the ad shows.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Die Lage ist direkt an einem Strand. Wir haben die überdachte Terrasse trotz Hitze sehr gut und viel nutzen können. Ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Alles in allem Empfehlenswert!

Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Drei Schlafzimmer mit top Matratzen! Sehr ruhige Lage. Ost und Westterrasse immer eine mit Sonne. Strand ist kein Sandstrand (eher Hundestrand) aber ok für eine schnelle Abkühlung. Die zwei Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Abfluss sorgt für schlechte Gerüche. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall hin. Zu Fuss 10min in die tolle Altstadt von Alcudia. Große geräumige Wohnung. Vermieter wohnt im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr nett! Wohnung ist für Familien sehr gut geeignet.

Schöne, helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit 180 Grad Meerblick. Wir haben oft das Farebenspiel bei Sonnenauf- und untergang auf der Terrasse genossen. Die schöne Altstadt von Alcudia ist nur 1 Kilometer entfernt. Man kann also gemütlich zum Abendessen hinlaufen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, abseits der Touristenströme.Die Kommunikation war fantastisch! Antworten jedes Mal innerhalb einer Stunde. Die Wohnung war wirklich gut präsentiert und makellos sauber. Gute Aussicht. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.
