Welcome to this convenient condo in Bonita Springs! Recently renovated as of summer 2022, this is the perfect spot for families or couples. There is a private furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy a romantic dinner in the evening. The condo is equipped with a community gas grill, so you can cook up your favorite meals outdoors. The shared heated pool and tennis court are perfect for staying active. The outdoor shower by the pool will be perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. And if you need to do some laundry during your stay, no problem - there is a private washer/dryer in the condo. An extra sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space for guests of all ages.

When it comes to entertainment, the condo has streaming access so you can watch your favorite shows or listen to your favorite music. The kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare memorable and delicious home-cooked meals for the group. The dining table by the living area can seat up to six people comfortably and you can find three additional spaces at the breakfast bar.

Things to Know
Guests will have access to the recently renovated Bonita Bay Private Beach Club. The private beach shuttle runs from November to May. Please know that the guest must register each person in their party on the rental agreement sent by the management company after booking. Please be sure to include the guest's email and name in your party to receive a shuttle pass via email.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice unit. Newly updated and well decorate. Beds mattresses were very comfortable. Supplies are limited but other than that excellent. I would also shorten the code for the lock. They use a 10 digit phone number which is a pain to use each time you want to enter the unit.

Great condo in great location

Had a fantastic stay at Wild Pines, the condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. From a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds it was like home away from home. Will definitely be looking to comeback.

We did enjoy being in Bonita Bay. The condo was very comfortable too but the pics don’t reveal that most of the screened in porch overlooks the parking lot. Decorated nicely but really needs a new kitchen floor.We did consider renting again but the rate has more then doubled!

We loved stay at Wild Pines! There was roof construction during our stay that we were not notified about but we still loved the beautifully decorated unit. Steps from the pool and a complex that is walking distance to everything you could need. Bring kleenex if you need it, they have everything else!

Lovely and komfortable Stay within park and nature

This home was really beautiful and cosy. We had a wonderful time, relaxing at the pool, enjoying our meals at the veranda. We loved to see a lot of bunnies and singing birds. There is only a short drive to the beach and to shopping. The appartement was quiet and well stuffed. There was everything we needed, even umbrellas and beach chairs. And dont forget the free shuttle service to Lovers Key! This stay was a great pleasure!!!

The condo was very nice. We arrived very late, towels in both bathrooms were still partially wet from cleaning service. Fortunately there was a dryer in the condo. No kleenex tissue provided. The view from the lani overlooks the parking lot.

Wild Pines Bonita Springs

The place was clean and as advertised. Had trouble using the code to get in but called the number provided and they talked us through it and changed the code for us. They were very helpful. Place was a little musty at first entry like it was closed up for awhile. But very clean. We had everything we needed. Neighborhood pool could use new chairs. Living room fan needs new batteries. Overall, would definitely rent again. Good location. A little loud , but very comfortable. Thanks!

Not doing the job

We had a dryer stop drying and become very hot.I contacted Vacasa.At least 12 emails were All of them were fruitless from our end.By 2-11-23. I gave up writing.I realised that phone the last resort.That failed from our side.Why didn’t contact two departments and sort this.Our main concern was the dryer being used when had left.Some the blame lands with me I accept that but this issue was not difficult to fix.
