About this property

Beachfront condo on the heart of Corpus Christi!

Casita de Playa is a beautiful cozy/fully furnished condo with an amazing ocean view! Great beach retreat. Bedroom is opened to the hall, junior bunkbeds and futon for extra room. Relax on the covered balcony. Access to the beach & jogging trail. Two nice pools, BBQ area & so much more.
Close to great shopping, eating and live music venues. And attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington and Art Museum of South Texas.

2 junior bunk beds (more suitable for children under 100lbs)
1 twin size futon in living room

At Casita de Playa, you’ll have a fully equipped kitchen which includes:
-Keurig coffee/tea maker
-dish soap/sponge
-swifter, broom, vacuum
-Brand new stainless steel stove, microwave, and refrigerator

At Casita de Playa we provide 1 bath towel per guest, strictly to be used only at the condo (bring your beach towel). You’ll also find shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower as courtesy to our guests.

Building has laundry facilities. Washer and dryer can be used with a credit card.

Upon arrival, all guests have to check in at the front office. There is a one time, non refundable, parking fee ($15 for 2 cars) payable at the front desk. You will be provided with parking passes, beach gate access card and map of the property.
Guests will have access to 2 pools, 1 heated, outdoor grilling/picnic area and direct access to north beach!

Wonderful Condo with great views!

The condo was super cute and cozy, and it had a terrific view of the beach! The place was very clean! The hosts were extremely helpful and kind! Absolutely would stay here again!

Family vacay!

We had a wonderful stay! It’s right on the beach, there’s two pools and everyone was super friendly. Lorena was amazing with communication and helping with anything we needed. There were some renovations being done so the daytime can be noisy but it’s nothing crazy. We will definitely keep this condo in mind for our next trip!

North Beach rental

Lots of construction renovations so it was quite noisy. Once the renovations are complete it will be much better. North Beach is very quiet and not very many dining choices. The beachwalk is awesome as you can walk for over 2 miles. The Lexington museum was great. The owners were amazing and very accomodating.

Quick Beach Trip

Property was ok at the time of our visit. I think our timing was bad. One of the pools was closed (the larger of the two) so the smaller pool was very crowded. Also there was construction underway at the property with loud equipment. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. Again I think our timing of stay was not so great.
