Welcome to Lulu City #4C, where a fabulous decorating refresh has brought new life to this spacious corner condo beneath Telluride's iconic Lulu City clock tower. With soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams, contemporary furnishings, and a playful nod to Telluride's ski-town roots, this place has personality to spare!
The bright, open living room is the star of the show. Windows galore bring the outdoors in, while two generously sized sofas, including a chaise lounge made for serious lounging, provide plenty of room for the whole gang to kick back after a day of mountain adventures. Vintage ski posters, warm wood accents, and a few unexpected touches give the space a fresh mountain vibe without the moose-and-antler overload!
There's room to gather and room to spread out, with two dining tables perfect for family meals, card games, puzzles, or planning tomorrow's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen makes everything from breakfast before first chair to a relaxed dinner at home easy.
Step outside onto your private covered balcony, grab a seat at the cheerful little bistro table, and take in the mountain views. Morning coffee, afternoon beverages, or watching the aspens turn Telluride gold in the fall — just two chairs, a mountain view, and absolutely no reason to hurry.

Sweet Dreams, Mountain Style!

Lulu City #4C comfortably sleeps seven, with two bedrooms and a fun bunk den.

Primary Bedroom: A welcoming king bedroom with a warm cocoa-colored accent wall, crisp white bedding, cozy textures, and rustic wood furnishings. A comfortable retreat after a full day of Telluride fun.
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king), fresh bedding, and some wonderfully quirky artwork. A curious raccoon, colorful fishing scene, and a few playful lizards give this room its own mountain-town personality.
Bunk Den: A little bit mountain cabin, a little bit summer camp! This cheerful sleeping nook features a rustic log captain's bunk that sleeps three, a splash of turquoise, and a privacy curtain separating it from the dining area.
Two full bathrooms help keep everyone moving when it's time to hit the slopes or trails. One of the bathrooms has a large new sauna/steam room!

Location, Location, Telluride!
And here's the best part: you're just across the street from the Coonskin Chairlift, making getting on the mountain a breeze. The restaurants, shops, festivals, and everything else that makes Telluride special are all within easy reach.
After a big day outside, head for the Lulu City community hot tub to soak those tired legs. Visiting in summer? There's also a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

The community hot tub and seasonal pool are managed by the HOA; availability is not guaranteed.
