Perfect location!

Great stay , fantastic host

Had a great time staying here , host was really helpful and even had great information on things to do in the area at the residence, definitely was a relaxing worry free stay . Would certainly recommend 10/10 experience .

Cozy and Clean

Fantastic home, with a responsive host, in a beautiful neighborhood. Couldn't be happier. Gave easy access to the fairgrounds for Jazz Fest and for quick trips downtown. Plenty of space to stretch out and dance in the mornings.

Shonda was a model hostess!!

Shonda was an amazing hostess very communicative and accommodating. The listing was perfect and she made sure to provide convenient amenities like shower caps and make up removal wipes. Everything was up to par for an enjoyable stay in New Orleans.

New Orleans Stay

Shonda was a great host. She provided duplex that is in good condition. It met our needs for our stay in New Orleans. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It was a short drive to the French Quarter. There was plenty of hot water for four adults to shower. I would recommend the property for a small family.

Perfect!

We were in town for baseball and the house was the perfect distance from both fields we played on. The street although rough(no fault of the homeowner) was super quiet. We all got a great nights sleep on the beds with no complaints in the morning. Cute, clean and charming home that fit our needs to a tee. We will absolutely be contacting the homeowner again for our next stay.

Okay but…….

Had no heat other than an electric fireplace in the living room. You couldn’t use the light in the bedroom without the fan turning on high (the chain to turn off the fan was missing). The WiFi was intermittent. The listing stated the entire house was for rent but it was a duplex, with a barking dog and a chirping smoke detector next door. The place was clean but very dated, especially the carpets. It equates to a Motel 6 in comforts. It was close to our venue but the neighborhood was too sketchy to walk back after concerts at UNO. Cheap Uber rides from the concert venue to the unit. Would not recommend to family or friends.
