-Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

We enjoyed the convenience of being 1st floor condo, especially for taking out our 21 year old puggle that does not really walk much anymore!Loved location to pool and beach, grandkiddos had a blast! Nice open beach area. Beach chairs and umbrella were awesome, great service!Kitchen was very nice. We would love to come back again.

Spring break with Family and two small pets.

This was the perfect house for my family. We loved the location which was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We loved that this condo was pet friendly and especially loved that we were on the first floor which made it very easy to take the dogs out. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed and the beach decor made this the perfect place for my family’s vacation.

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed our time in this unit. I was pleasantly surprised with the kitchen updates - very nice and well appointed!Was a little disappointed with the construction going on with exterior of all 4 bldgs. Workers present everywhere. Once inside unit, it was very quiet. Overall l, we had a great stay.

Great Christmastime Vacation

Maravilla 1105 is a great condo for family and pets. Our family of five enjoyed the week away and enjoyed the sunshine (chilly mornings). All worth it!

Everything was as pictured. We had a minor issue with a loose faucet handle in the back bedroom and it was fixed promptly while we were away. Location is right across from the beach. Beach service was great and we paid extra for a few chairs. Don’t forget to tip your beach service crew!! It is within walking distance of a few restaurants but get there early if you don’t want a long wait. We left a float or 2 behind hoping someone else would get some additional use out of it. Overall a good stay.

We had such a blast staying at maravilla for the second summer! The hot tub is always a hit and easy access to the beach with no stairs to have to climb was delightful. My toddler loved the heated pools so much he talks about them everyday! (Ice cream truck visits are such a treat as well) Only complaint is, if staying on ground floor there will be noises of lawn work waking you up pretty early. But a good plus about that is being able to play in the grass outside the patio with small children! We enjoyed condo 1105 and we highly recommend!

Property was in a great location. Renee was great and very responsive. The 3rd bedroom is extremely small, no room for anything but the bed. We did not realize how small it was going to be (maybe let other guests know this). Was tough for 2 adults. Overall very pleased with our stay. Thanks

Maravilla & Marimar beach - Fabulous!

We stayed a week at this unit and were impressed with our accommodations. The ground floor was very convenient as we had a small dog and this made the walking issues very easy. We were also not far from either pool or the crosswalk to get to the most beautiful, clean part of the Marimar beach. We had chair & umbrella service that was the most wonderful plus. No lugging chairs, etc to the beach each day. Our kitchen was well outfitted for a little bit of in house cooking we did, the beds were comfortable, the parking was not a problem. My only wish would have been to have a step in shower in at least one of the bathrooms, rather than both tub showers (and/or hand held shower sprayers). Older adults are safer in a step in shower. Just an observation. We had a great time, host was quick with responses, check in-out was very easy. Looking forward to being back as this trip was fabulous and loved our area of beach & condo. Thanks
