This home offers endless views of the lake and mountains from the screened porch or the expansive deck.
This location can't be beat with a private natural shoreline and sandy beach. The home boasts 150 feet of water frontage on Lake Winnipesaukee, a waterfront deck, and a shared dock accommodating up to a 20-foot boat. A canoe and kayak are available for your use during your stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Per HOA rules, this home may not be rented to more than one nuclear family.
This home draws all of its water from the lake. Guests will need to bring their own potable/drinking water.
Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming platforms.
This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
