Apartment was a little hard to locate. No street number provided. Very clean. Towels were worn. There was a small elevator which was a great help! Helpful, responsive host. Last morning, had trouble with apartment door lock had to call for help.

Lovely apartment in excellent location. Spacious, well furnished top floor apartment with an excellent shower. Location was great, really close to three supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants. Easy walk into the centre, approx 30 mins. From the listing we expected the terrace to be private, but were informed upon arrival shared between apartments. The weather was appalling the week we visited so didn’t get to use the terrace. Unfortunately there was also some extensive and noisy renovation work taking place in the apartment below which ordinarily wouldn’t have been an issue but the weather was so bad we couldn’t leave the apartment on some days. We loved Barcelona, particularly the gluten free bakeries! and would recommend the apartment as a great base.

The apartment is clean and quiet. It is nice using the lift for our luggage. We felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood and it is easy to catch a taxi or walk to other areas. The host is friendly and communicates well.

Very well maintained and clean. Comfortable space with modern kitchen and great roof patio. Quiet neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby. We needed some help to learn the correct way to unlock the door, all was fine after that. Could not find any TV in English.

Great Location

We were met by the host and explained everything about the apartment, he then took time to tell us about all the attractions. We loved getting food and eating on the balcony. Thanks for a great stay!!

Home Away from Home

Comfortable apartment centrally located in Barcelona. Great restaurants nearby and just a 20 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. I would recommend definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Barcelona for a time.

Great location

We loved this location as it was an easy walk to many attractions or if you prefer the Metro is a quick 3 blocks away. Our host Angel, met us at a later check in due to flight delay and was very friendly and easy to work with. If you want to be near the action but not too close, this is an excellent option.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in amazing Barcelona

This is a beautiful place, plenty of space for us, with a great kitchen, plenty of light, and quite safe. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evening. Easy walk to groceries and metro stops. Our host was very responsive and friendly.

Super Location And An AWESOME Owner

The home was comfortable and offered the basics you may need. The rooftop deck was great and we used it every night to wind down and review all that we did for the day.The property was extremely secure and my wife and I felt very comfortable walking around the area. There are several very nice restaurants within 1-2 blocks of the property. If you reserve this unit, you'll love the communication with the owner.

Charming apt in Barcelona

I stayed at this apartment and everything was as good or better than expected. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The highlight for me was the rooftop patio. Fidel was very welcoming and helpful, and the apt was really close to a good Metro stop, and just a few minutes ride to the city center. I highly recommend this place, and would stay here again if my travels bring be back to the lovely city of Barcelona.

Beautiful and quiet upper floor apartment in Barcelona

The apartment was as expected and perfect for our family. The neighborhood was quiet, safe,Close enough to walk to tourist areas, with great restaurants and secure off street private parking. We had a little difficulty finding parking area due to construction and what we initially thought was a pedestrian only street, but the host was very kind and helped direct us to the parking and walked us into the apartment. He even gave us recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend booking this apartment!

Very lovely apartment in a great location Owners we’re excellent to deal with.

VRBO had made typing error on the address and we were unable to find by VRBO address. I was able to reach owner immediately after the frustration with the address and every thing went smoothly from then in. We stayed over a week it was very clean had laundry facilities that were great and it was close to groceries, restaurants, pastry shops and of course taxi service. The terrace upstairs was a treat and I love the owners succulent plants

Comfortable Stay in Barcelona

Our family enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. Although the flat is not located in the city center, the subway system is a short walking distance away. Being unfamiliar with the area, our greatest challenge was locating the flat and the garage upon our arrival; however, this was not the fault of the owner. Fidel was always very helpful and answered in a timely manner. If you're on the search for a comfortable flat for five people in a safe neighborhood and with a reliable owner, this is the perfect fit!
