Completely renovated in 2022/2023! This lovely and spacious 4 bedroom vacation home is located 1.4 miles from Surfside Beach and right off of the bike path. It's also just 0.8 miles to Stop and Shop and 1.6 miles to town (Main Street).

Open Living, Dining and kitchen area with center island and seating for 10. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each floor.

Wireless internet throughout the house, and cable television

Spacious private yard and deck. The deck has a private, locking outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The deck table seats 12.

This is a fantastic home in Nantucket. The house was spotless and so comfortable - lovely back patio and private yard. It is the most well-stocked beach rental we have had. They have everything you need from towels, chairs, tents, umbrellas, coolers, etc...We really enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable house for our stay with a family of four plus grandparents. Deck/backyard were great for outdoor dining, lounging and yard games. Bonus air hockey and pool tables in basement.

Perfect Family Retreat

Our family has been coming to ACK for 30yrs and this was by far our best rental property! Our host Jason was a pleasure and left no stone unturned! The home and grounds are pristine and perfect location on island.

Perfect Nantucket home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It's perfectly located for easy access to everything on the island. The owner is easy to communicate with and thought of everything that might be needed, from a well equipped kitchen, to comfortable beds and linens, outdoor lounging furniture and gas grill, and plenty of beach gear. We didn't want to leave and plan to return. It's a beautiful and immaculate gem. Highly recommend.

Excellent home, managed by a responsive owner.

This home is exactly how it is represented on the listing. Each bedroom is spacious, with comfortable mattresses, plenty of linens, and high quality furniture. Common areas are equipped with plenty of seating and nicely decorated. The kitchen is open and has an extensive collection of cookware, flatware, etc. The home is also conveniently located, with easy access to town, beaches, the brewery, etc. Highly recommend it!
