Perfect for our family!

Cute near-beach stay

House was a new build, super cute interior, 5 minute drive to the beach and pier, shopping center across the street with all the necessities including Trader Joe’s. Master bedroom was spacious, open concept living area

Family baby shower

It was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The online pictures were accurate. Enjoyed the delicious muffins the Host Eli left for us. Very nice touch and convenient for light morning breakfast. Place very well stocked and cared for.

Beautiful Home

This home is exactly as the listing says, it’s beautiful!!! It’s so nice you never want to leave. Plenty of room for 2 families, beautiful kitchen, huge living room area and a really cool downstairs living room area for the kids. Beds and linens were super comfy. And the views of the hills are gorgeous at sun rise and sunset! Cannot wait to go back! Great communication with the host also! Plus has a full size 2 car garage that was awesome because we were there for a car show and had 2 hot rods!

Lovely, clean getaway!

We had such a blast staying on the property. We did a last minute staycation girls only mother's day trip and the house was perfect for us. It's immaculately clean and beautiful. Check in and out was a breeze and it's very family friendly with a pack-n-play available for the one mom who brought her baby. We ended up hanging out in Pismo beach for a few hours and came back to play games. It's within walking distance to Ember, Sweet Pea bakery and Virt Juice. All great places to eat. 10/10 would stay again!

Nice new house full of amenities

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The house is a new build in great condition with plenty of space. We each had our own bedroom and toilet and there was an additional common room and office downstairs. There were plenty of thoughtful features, the host is very responsive, and it was a comfortable place to stay. There are stairs to get to all rooms so not the best choice for those with mobility challenges. The neighborhood is fine for cars but there’s not much to walk to nearby. If those aren’t deal breakers I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home for vacay

We enjoyed this new spacious house for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen/dining area is beautiful and spacious with a large table to fit everyone. We enjoyed cooking some of our meals there. We also BBQed on the outdoor grill. The large Livingroom area was comfortable for all to hang out. The downstairs video game room space was well enjoyed. The beds and bedrooms were nice and the whole place was beautifully decorated with a serene feel. There was even an office room that could be used to do remote work, but we didn't use that space. The location was great because it is close to the freeway to visit local beaches and other areas of interest off of the 101. Eli was a good host and communicated well with any questions we had.
