Stay in this freshly painted and newly furnished beach house. As soon as you walk through the door you'll feel relaxed and at home here. This spacious 2 bdrm and 1.5 bath house sleeps 4. Both of the bdrms have comfortable king size beds with 600 thread count sheets. The kitchen is ready for cooking and includes a Keurig. The backyard is the perfect place to hang out around the firepit and grill after a day of exploring the Central Coast. Walking distance to the Oceano Dunes.

Tracy's home was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. Clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard is cute with activities for the kids and a gas fire pit for roasting smores. Tracy was very accommodating and kept in constant communication with us.

Excellent beach getaway

Great beach getaway. Two beautiful bedrooms upstairs with very cozy and comfortable beds. One bath/shower upstairs but sink and mirror in each room. Great patio space for relaxing and enjoy the cool beach air. We had everything we needed. Host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get Away

Celebrated my husband’s birthday in Tracey’s home and had a very relaxing and wonderful time. The home was very clean and accommodating. The binder Tracey put together is a very helpful guide. I really appreciated how easy she made access to things in the home. The bedrooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable. Oh and the personal sinks and counter space in each bedroom was my favorite🤗I recommend this home if you are looking for the perfect get away!

The house layout is great. Big rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. We cooked. Had everything we needed. The frigde and stove are new. We did not use the backyard, but it is tricked out for evening activities. We went Dune Buggying, Wine Tasting (Wolff Vineyard), and Ebiking (Avila Beach - Bob Jones Trail). Everything was very close.I would go come back for sure.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Die Unterkunft war einfach toll. Es gab ganz viel Platz und es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab sogar einen Grill und eine Waschmaschine. Das einzige was nicht perfekt ist, ist die Straße vorne raus aber die hat uns nicht weiter gestört und notfalls hätte es sogar ohropax gegeben.
