This second-floor escapade offers a spacious open floor plan that effortlessly combines all living spaces into one. Wind down in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a large smart TV so you can stay up to date with your favorite series. A marsh-front balcony is attached to the living room, offering a great spot to enjoy the views. Back inside, the beautiful kitchen is appointed with all the essentials to prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go. You have everything you need, including two coffee makers to please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Additional perks include access to a gas grill, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
