Enjoy this newly refurbished bright and cheerful downtown duplex. Unit B of the historic duplex has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Experience downtown Gainesville at your fingertips. Walk to all of Gainesville`s best restaurants and bars.
Perfect for game weekends, special events, hospital stays, and more! Sleeps up to 6 people with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and queen air mattress. Please let us know at the time of booking you will need an air mattress.
Parking and the yard are shared with Unit A of the historic duplex.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. 2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)
