Bay View Historic home located within walking distance to beautiful St. Joseph Bay and Historic Downtown. Begin your day with coffee at the porch overlooking the sleek views of water, walk to downtown for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. End your day at the Sandy Beach at the end of the street to witness the best SUNSETS in Fl. Plan a day trip to the Beaches which are minutes away. We have boat parking, and boat ramp is 3 blocks away.
The Port St Joe Garden club is located across from Sunset Walk, it's a beautiful historic church that you can enjoy viewing from the porch. The house is amble and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The tall ceilings, the fireplaces, and the attention to details of the 1925 Construccion will transport to "Old Florida". The house was renovated late 2022 including the kitchen and bathrooms. The interior decorating touches you will enjoy as it makes the house feel "Cozy" or just like home.
The yard features matured oak trees, magnolias, palms, Azelia bushes, and a beautiful flower bed. The neighborhood is well kept with many historical homes on the block.

Charming home in PSJ
We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a home in PSJ. The modern flare to the older home was a perfect combo and the house felt so clean. My mother enjoyed spending every minute she could on the porch watching the water in the distance and listening to the birds as she sipped her coffee. The house is so close to all the restaurants but you could also cook as the kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils and appliances...more than we've seen in other VRBO's. Loved the little addition of makeup wipes, cotton balls and swabs in the bathrooms as well. Towels were big and fluffy! Beds were comfy! Stop looking, this is the place :-)

Historic Charm Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico
Absolute Perfection! I booked this trip for Thanksgiving for me and my family, 4 adults and a 5 y/o. We were meeting several other families staying in the area we hadn’t seen in years. I was already excited from the online pictures but when we walked in.. WOW.. the wood floors, the decor, just in general the amount of space.. indoor and outdoor.. the kitchen was also so spacious..it was just incredible . We loved having a game table, the sitting area was nice too.. and the front porch, I could rock in the chairs all day and never get tired of looking at the Gulf of Mexico, what a view! And it really is just a 5 min walk to the water. I really could go on. I can’t wait to come back…
