House was very nice and a convenient location to venture out and enjoy the springs. Kitchen was very well stocked, one of the best that we have stayed at if you like to cook.

Pool was full of leaves kitchen floor dirty
Bed in the spare rooms were unusable the pool had leaves and when I asked he felt we could swim with the leaves - he then said after we left that there was a stain on 2 covers and wanted us to pay for the dry cleaning the day we arrived I notified him of the problems he just ignored as I am his request to pay for something we did not due as a matter of fact when I removed the pillow case that is when I noticed the stains on the pillow he is now trying to pull a fast one by having us pay for what he claims were new pillow - do not stay here is all I can tell you

It is very important for us to receive feedback, and we carefully listen to each of them to improve our service. It is also important to clarify any inaccuracies that may arise, as in this case.
We understand that these complaints may be a way to avoid responsibility for leaving the property in such a horrible, unpleasant, and dirty condition. Bloodstains on bathrooms, pillows and covers need to be replaced due to the state in which they were left. For the cleaning staff, this is disgusting and like everyone else, they deserve respect.
Cleanliness is one of the most important keys, and we stand out with 5-star reviews on other platforms precisely because of this quality, as you confirmed the day you arrived at our property after thoroughly inspecting it.
We regret that all your dissatisfaction was communicated on the last day before leaving, and you did not let us know in time to promptly address any issues, as is usually done in these applications to ensure both the host and the guest have a satisfactory experience.
That's why it's disappointing and unacceptable to witness such rude and disrespectful behavior, indicating a lack of consideration for the condition of the property.
