The location is perfect. Short drive to the horse park. Close to restaurants, Starbucks, TJ's, and more. Very clean and well kept.

Old and tired interior

Needs many upgrades. No furnitre in main room where there should be a chest ofvdrawers or cabinet, there is just a loudcrefrigerator sitting alone on the main wall, coffee area is a cheap table cluttered with odds and ends where we've had other unitscthat have a nice kitchenette, exyremely loud neighbors, overall a very shabby unit but the overall property grounds and location are nice.
