The apartment is situated on a 4 and 3 floor with (elevator). It's composed of 2 studios in duplex which are not connected but close enough to easily communicate.
Each studio has its own phone which allow calls between them.
NEVER RENT SEPARATELY. Please don't ask.

The building is on the enchanting little square of Bourg Tibourg with its restaurants, coffee shops with terraces where people like to spend time talking, eating or enjoying the sunshine. There is a great selection of bakeries, cheese markets, wine and all kinds of food markets in the best French tradition nearby and even a farmer’s market will be at your door step twice a week.

Very conveniently located, near all transportation, but mostly you will not need them since more of Paris attractions are in a walking distance. Only a few steps to the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Building is protected with access code and intercom and the area is very safe.

The apartment is 48 sq. meters (24 + 24) duplex on the 3 and 4 floor. Both levels are connected by an easy flight of stairs outside the apartment (inside the building). Because of this, it's not suitable for family with small children at least they will be staying with an adult in the same studio.
Each studio is provided with full kitchen, small but very efficient and practical, with a stove, regular oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Washer/Dryer. Dining table for 4 persons. Ceiling fan. Air conditioning. Bathroom with combination bathtub and shower, WC, sink.

The beds are very comfortable with viscoelastic Tempur Original mattresses to relax after a long day. Each level has a double Murphy bed and a couch. On the 3 floor there is also a single bed (a day bed)
Closets with floor to ceiling mirrors. Cable TV, CD player, DVD, radio, free Internet fibre wireless, FREE WIFI, free phone calls to fix lanes to most countries . Fees for cells phone calls

There are two big double paneled windows in each floor looking over the small street of “Mauvais Garcons”. The apartment is quiet for the center of Paris and very bright.

Plenty of supermarkets nearby, all your shopping needs in the area. One of the most famous department stores in Paris BHV is next block.

Minimum rental period is 3 nighs but it could be 2 if a gap
From 2025, June 1 to November 1, price for less than 3 nights 425 euros/ night

The elevator was not working so it would have been impossible to stay here if any of the four of us had mobility issues Narrow steep stairs up four flights. Also the lower apartment had mold on the wall in the kitchen. The location was excellent and had grocery and restaurants very close

This listing is actually two studio apartments on the third and fourth floor of an apartment building. There is a small elevator so you need not carry luggage up the narrow stairs. This arrangement worked out great for four women on a girls trip to Paris. The apartments were small but very clean and both have full baths with tub and shower. The location was amazing. You can walk to Notre Dame easily. We walked everywhere. Apartments are on a court yard with five restaurants and a Boulanger with excellent baked goods. Grocery store right down the block.

The apartments were very nice and clean. We did have an issue with a small leak in the lower bathroom when someone was using the the bathroom above. It is a great location and we enjoyed our visit. The host responded to all request quickly.

The location was spectacular. However we had major issues. #1, the lift did not work, we were on the 3rd floor, friends on the 4th. I have artificial hips and knees, and a lift was a priority for me. #2, our apartment door did not lock, we felt very vulnerable. #3, the air coo did not work, which made for a very hot and sticky stay.

superb location

I don't think you can ask for a better location. The neighborhood is vibrant but the apartments are quiet. It is true the elevator is tiny but essential for this asthmatic. Very close to the metro and bicycles are easy to rent. No comment about the kitchen as we only used glasses for water. Hands down everyone of us would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Quirky Convenience

We are two friends who stayed in the Marais duplex in early June, 2025. Being in the two stand-alone rooms worked well for us as friends traveling together. The units are DIY quirky, but have most of what one needs for a stay in Paris. The very best thing about the duplex is its location. It is within easy walking distance of many of typical Paris tourism sites. There are plenty of dining options close by. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the street noise level is mitigated. One down side is the lack of clothing storage in one of the rooms of the duplex, which is on a separate floor of the building. Check-in was easy, and communication with the manager was simple. I would stay here again in the future.

Comfortable Apartment in the Heart of Marais

We loved staying at this two-bedroom apartment. It was convenient to everything, and the pull-beds were comfortable and convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked like it would have most things we would have needed had we wanted to cook. We would stay here again!

The two duplex apartments are great for two couples vacationing. The apartments are cozy, but with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The apartment is located in a vibrant area, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Conveniently located near a main metro line and walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame. Would definitely stay here again. The elevator is very small and did break down one day making it difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate the stairs.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay with our two teenage daughters. The studio apartments are on the third and fourth floor so it was perfect for us to each have our own space. The air conditioning works GREAT which was a huge bonus in the hot summertime. The square and the restaurants right outside the front door were lively and had great food and ambiance. Perfect location to see all the major sights and most within walking distance.

great spot, 2 totally separate living areas on different floor that rent as 1 unit. Responsive and attentive local contact. Although it can get noisy with the windows open the best thing is the location, lovely little square with multiple cafes and shops literally at your doorstep.

Quick stint in beautiful Paris

We had a wonderful time in your very quaint little condos. They were incredibly well located, close to everything and directly in a little square full of cafés and restaurants. The day we arrived, we were welcomed right away and shown the place. Just a little while later, we went out and across the street was a farmer’s market with delicious fruits. All in all great time. We would definitely be back!

Great location.

These are two studios on floors above/below each other. Murphy bed was a soft mattress but fine. Kitchen tiny but serviceable. Good windows silenced the noise from cafes just outside on the square. The apts. are in a great Marais location and are good for using as a "pied-a-terre"in Paris. Great for 2 couples or a family with older kids who can stay in their own apt.

Marais apartment

The location of this apartment was a little confusing to find, because it is in an area that is full of restaurants and cafes, and those businesses somewhat hide the front door of the building. The property owner was wonderful with communication, and the concierge worked with us for a late arrival. once we found it, it was great, although the elevator is typically small, and can fit basically 2 people with no luggage. Even so, I would stay here again.
