The combination of a spacious new home with a serene beach and wildlife area right outside the door, will have you forgetting all your worries. Our new beach home is ready to host your large family or group of friends in comfortable style. An added bonus is that we provide all the bed linens, bath and beach towels.

A check out list has has been provided in our guest book for a smoother check out

Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $150 per person, per night. Unauthorized day visitors are guests and will be charged $100 per person.
No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval from the Host.
Any violation may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all rental fees and deposits, and potential legal action.

What makes this property unique

It's a very short walk to the beach and the 360 views from every level of our home will have you seeing amazing sunrises and beautiful sunsets over the pristine Prime Hook Preserve and the beautiful Delaware Bay. Our brand new home has all the amenities needed to make a beach stay comfortable and cozy. There are screened in decks on two levels and on the top floor you will find a very large deck off the game room where the views are endless.
