Neat and tidy A frame cabin located 10 miles into the forest where you will lose cell phone service but once checked in Wi-Fi is available. The Potato patch neighborhood is very friendly and quiet with a nice little park which is fun for the kids and dogs. If you want to get away to relax, listen to the birds and read a book, it's perfect!
This was our first Vrbo stay and we enjoyed this cute cabin in the woods. It was furnished and decorated nicely. It also had plenty of kitchen amenities like water machine, water bottles, coffee keurig maker, and dishes. We were pleasantly surprised to see snacks were provided by the host which was a big hit with our 2 year old! We loved being amongst the pines. The property is on a first road so I’m the winter months you will need 4x4 to access it but not completely secured as there are several neighbors. The cabin was very clean and well kept. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiry. The cabin has WiFi and Roku tv service which was great. The property is on a steep hill and the stairs are slightly tedious to navigate. If you have issues with stairs it may be hard to navigate. Some areas of opportunity would be an extra stair onto the front porch. It is about. Foot drop up and down. It was hard to get our toddler up and down. I openly discussed this with host and they were very attentive to this and stated they will be making changes to this. Possibly a railing to use going up and down the stairs to access the property and a fence around the yard where the property drops off a steep hill in the back yard. This may not be ideal if you have small children. Overall for our first experience we were very pleased with the inside and comforts lily of the cabin. We appreciate the graciousness of the host.
