You`ll have full access to the entire home and 2 car garage. You will be sent a code that matches the phone number you booked with for keyless entry to the home.
We can always be reached via the App and may be able to make ourselves available in person if something arises.
Our home is a Townhome connected with other property owners and does not have a backyard. Any photos you see listed other than the main patio for relaxing and grilling will be of the community clubhouse and areas surrounding the lake- all of which can be accessed by guests. Please inquire for any special events that you may want to host at the community center for special bookings which we`ll be more than happy to assist reserve for you.
This is a family neighborhood- we please ask that you respect our home and our neighbors if you`re traveling with a larger group! The front door does have a Ring doorbell to help us protect our home especially for deliveries but this also does help us monitor unwanted guests. If you plan on having additional people over please acknowledge that with us so we know ahead of time. Keep in mind additional guest fees will be added for anybody staying over night who are not apart of the original booking party. Thank you! Our home is meant to provide a great place to set up base while exploring Northern Colorado. Although we allow for larger number of guests we enforce a strict NO PARTY policy.

Family gathering
We went to Loveland to celebrate our son’s birthday and some family came from out of state also. It was nice that everyone had their own bathroom and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the fire pit and pool table.
Wonderful location, beautiful and safe neighborhood. It was great having 3 En-suites! Loved using the 2 car garage. The host (Adam) was always available for communication! I would definitely stay here again.
