Brand new remodel. Adorable 2-bedroom 1 bath house in downtown Tarpon Springs

Tarpon Springs is waiting for you at this newly remodeled 2-bedroom house. We've gutted the house to the studs so everything is new; electrical, plumbing, hvac, all new kitchen and bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size new memory foam mattress with direct access to bathroom. Spare bedroom has new queen bed. This charming property is fully equipped with newwasher and dryer. The bathroom features a walk in shower. The house is located 1 block from downtown restuarants and shops and 1/2 block to the Pinellas trail, and about 1 mile to the famous Sponge Docks. A 5 minute drive takes you to either Sunset or Fred Howard beach. We live in this wonderful community so we're here to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.

The location of this cottage is the best part! Close to bike trail, next to restaurants, breweries, bars and shops. Walking distance to the springs with manatees as well as the Sponge Docks.

We were having surgery at St. Luke's and picked this property due to its close proximity to the surgery center. House was clean and decorated with a Floridian vibe. VRBO Hostess was great and responded quickly to any questions. We had no concerns with the rental.

We are originally from Kentucky. We feel in love with Tarpon Springs 5 years ago, bought our second home here and now spend more time here than KY. We love this community that we now call home.

Why they chose this property

We love that the area is walkable to downtown shops snd restuarants, the Pinellas Trail snd the Sponge Docks. You can walk to about 40 restaurants within a mile radius.

What makes this property unique

It is so close to everything in Tarpon Springs! The beaches are a 5 minute drive. Downtown shops and reatuarants block away. Sponge Docks are .7 miles away. The Pinellas bike/walking trail is at the end of the street. The house sits on a very quiet residential street.
