Lovely and charming Paris apartment

A wonderful apartment in a great area away from the Paris crowds. Walkable to Le Marais and other great neighborhoods, but also close to Strousburg-Saint Denis and other metro stops for easy access to anywhere in Paris. Eric is a great manager. He held our bags until check-in time and then showed us how how everything worked in the apartment. The apartment itself is charming, decorated with care and facing a popular brasserie, which is an extra special touch. We loved our stay and hope to return!

This was a nice sized apartment for a family of 4. The host responded quickly to all communication and it was easy to check-in in the late afternoon. The location was convenient. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the metro. The unit came with a portable air conditioner, which for most Paris summers, would be sufficient. (We came during a massive heat wave, so it was a bit warm. There were also fans which helped). The bathroom is small, but is functional. Most important for us, the wifi worked well. I did not hear much noise from the street at night. It was a good base for our Parisian trip.
