Spacious rooms with maximum comfort, an inviting indoor and outdoor use with a private pool and stunning views are the many advantages of this exclusive holiday home. Renovated in 2014, Villa is located in a quiet street in a residential area and offers you the breathtaking sea view and a view of the surrounding mountains.

The 300 m² large holiday home furnished with modern comforts is designed for six people, with you in the three bedrooms, two double beds (137 x 190 cm) and twin beds are available (90 x 190 cm). The spacious living room offers a seating and dining area. The elegant, white fitted kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. The three modern bathrooms have a shower and toilet. Surf the internet and the washing machine can be used for free. Air conditioning or heating is not present in the house.

The outdoor area offers a furnished terrace, a barbecue and a private pool. Relax at and in the pool and enjoy from here simply beautiful views of the sea. In an open space on the plot there are two parking spaces available.

Calheta is a very popular spot for tourists. Here there is a beautiful small marina and two beaches. The distance to a supermarket and bakery is one kilometer. The beach is the home of five kilometers. Since the launch site of the paragliding is just one kilometer away, you can both operate itself this sport and always marvel at how they float weightlessly between sky and sea from the terrace while paragliders

Séjour à la villa Zorro

La maison est agréable et très bien située. Cependant, nous notons quelques bémols. En effet, l'adresse indiquée dans l'annonce n'ést pas tout à fait exacte et les relations avec l'agence compliquées : absence de réponse ou réponse très tardive lors de l'arrivée et pas d'intervention après plusieurs messages. Au quotidien, nous n'avons pas pu garer notre voiture à l'emplacement prévu ; l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu sommaire (vaisselle insuffisante), de même que l'équipement du balcon qui n'est pas prévu pour une famille (table et parasol trop petits); la literie des deux chambres est très inconfortable ; la "piscine" est très bien entretenue mais malheureusement nous ne considérons pas ce bassin comme une piscine ! Il serait correct d'indiquer dans l'annonce qu'il s'agit d'un petit bassin hors sol (contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait imaginer en voyant les photos).

sehr schönes Haus mit kleineren Mängeln

Die Villa ist sehr schön und auf den ersten Blick auch sehr modern und top in Schuss. Im EG befindet sich ein großer Wohn-Essraum, ein Bad/WC und die Küche. Außerdem ein Balkon mit tollem Block über die Berge und aufs Meer. Im UG sind dann die 3 Schlafzimmern und nochmals 2 Bäder. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle Zugang zur Terrasse mit Pool und Gartenliegen. Internet funktioniert sehr gut im ganzen Haus. Duetsche TV Sender vorhanden (ARD, ZDF, 3 Sat und Arte). Die Lage der Villa ist auch sehr gut. Man benötigt allerdings (wie für fast alles auf Madeira) ein Auto. Zur Marina von Calheta sind es mit dem Auto ca 7min. Zu Bemängeln ist allerdings der Zustand einiger Einrichtungs- und Elektrogeräte. (Kaffeemaschine kaputt, Stabmixer kaputt, Beleuchtung in der Küche sehr schlecht). Hier sollte sich der Besitzer/Hausverwalter mal eine Stunde Zeit nehmen und mal mit offenen Augen durchs Haus gehen. Ich denke mit ein paar Stunden Ausbesserungsarbeiten und 200€ für neue Elektrogeräte/Lampen könnte man das Haus wieder auf den ursprünglichen Standard heben.

Très très bien!

Très belle villa spacieuse et lumineuse.Vue à couper le souffle. Petit cadeau de bienvenue...bien agréable. On a eu un petit problème d eau chaude.Gabriel est intervenu aussitôt. Manque juste un peu de vaisselle quand on est nombreux.A recommander vivement!

Upgraded to Vila Nazaré

The owner kindly upgraded us to his other villa, which was really beautiful. Plenty of space, tasteful contemporary décor and a lovely pool. The view was amazing and it was a lovely quiet spot, but only a few minutes drive to Calheta where there are some lovely restaurants at the marina, the man made beach and a decent sized supermarket.

Loved the home -- with reservations

This is a beautiful home. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed a very relaxing time. The house had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. If we returned to Madeira Island we’d like to stay here again. Concerns: 1) the rental is via an agent (not the homeowner) who did not communicate in a timely manner. We had to contact her the evening before our rental began and anxiously waited to hear back. We began checking on hotel availability. We were finally told a rep would meet us at the local pharmacy – no address provided. We eventually found out the rep who met us were the owners – a very lovely couple who showed us around the house. 2) although we loved the house the pictures are misleading. The picture of the front of the house showing a large parking area is not the house we stayed in. Because Madeira is very mountainous and driving/parking can be challenging we wanted easy parking – as shown in the posted picture. The house we stayed in had secure parking but it was tight even for a small car. 3) the pictures of the pool are misleading. It is a very small above-ground unheated pool (almost spa size). In summary, in spite of the above-noted concerns, we loved the house but would like to see the pictures accurately reflect it.

Belle maison spacieuse et moderne, bien située sur Madère, sécurisée, avec vue dégagée sur l'océan et quartier calme. Linge de maison (lit, SDB, piscine, cuisine) et literie impeccables. Passage discret d'un concierge sur place qui vérifie la qualité de l'eau de la piscine 1j/2. Négatif : réception des clefs à l'arrivée peu claire, un rendez-vous à l'aéroport serait plus simple.
