This home is beautiful!Had everything we needed for a fabulous four-day stay. Could hear the river flowing, so slept like babies.Would stay here again and again!Amanda, the host, is wonderful!
Great stay. House was beautiful and the views were beautiful. Host communicated very well house was clean and stocked! Wish we could have stayed longer!
The house was beautiful and so was the area around the house. We only wish we could spend more time in the house and wandering around but we used it mostly for sleeping.
The house perfect for us and met all our needs. He had fun hiking and fishing the river. It was close enough to Denver to travel the events we had planned and we enjoyed our time here.
Property was exactly as advertised. Idyllic setting and a beautiful location. Home was well equipped to handle our group. Thank you for an excellent memory filled visit.
The property was absolutely as advertised and more… Rough sledding on the fishing outside of the pond, but that was our fault, not the river’s. Very attentive host, property manager, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location.
This is such a wonderful venue for a family retreat! My nephews spent all day, every day, fly fishing in Deckers, Cheesman Canyon and right on the property! The kitchen is well-equipped for lovely meals. There are lots of nice places to sit outside and enjoy the river and beautiful view. We found everything just perfect - our hosts anticipated every need and were quick to respond when we had questions. Thank you!!!
This property was everything we wanted for my daughters 16th birthday. The girls each had a place to sleep, room to explore, and space to be girls. The rest of my family came up the next day, and we had the most relaxing time playing outside. I highly recommend this beautiful mountain house for just about anything you would want it for.
Myself and five other guys stayed here for two nights and it was just incredible. Here are a few things that stood out: Number one, the river that runs through the property is incredible and so peaceful to spend time around! Also this isn’t always said, but they had everything we needed for cooking (and more) which is so helpful. We hiked the mountain on the back of the property and it was awesome! We also got to explore every bit of the 40 acres. This place is an 11/10 for sure!
Between the beautiful mountainous drive, scenic views the north fork of South Platte River, the same river cutting across the backyard of this property, the abundance of windwos and the most perfect setup for respite and activities, we always know we'll fully enjoy our stay at this memorable spot in Pine. The property manager was responsive, the kitchen was stocked with some essentials for cooking, the pond is a game changer for cooling off in the heat, and there's plenty of space to go hiking all around. Internet and other utilities all worked as expected. No complaints!
The property is stunning and overlooks a bubbling river and pond with pine and aspen trees in the background. The sunroom in the back of the home was the perfect place to start the morning with my cup of coffee to enjoy the views. I was pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the home considering it has 2 bedrooms. The upstairs loft is a great extra space that easily sleeps 4. The kitchen is well stocked and set up for entertaining. The house is great, but the property is the true find. I loved walking the property and listening to the sounds of nature, embracing my Wendell Berry energy.
