This is a great property that is well maintained and organized, with everything you need to enjoy your Pemaquid vacation. We loved the back yard and that they had beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella available to use. They also had games and puzzles available for use which was a lot of fun. A very well stocked kitchen with all the dishes you would need, and even a picnic basket and plastic cups to bring to the beach or BYOB restaurants! The lower-level master suite is wonderful and newly renovated. The location close to the beach and Reily's is very convenient. We did have a water issue that unfortunately interrupted our stay but they were quick to address it which was greatly appreciated. The listing description also said it has a screened in porch, which it does not. Perhaps it was screened in at one point. It would be nicer with a screened in porch but it is still a great property.

Loved the location and the property was in the perfect location for us. I've been hesitant to review our stay because, honestly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. When we first arrived, there was beach sand on the coffee table, like someone had put their feet up on the table and then the cleaning people never cleaned or wiped it off. There was also sand in the twin bed located upstairs with the queen bed. The bunk beds were not made up and I'm not sure where the sheets were located. There were dust bunnies and a plastic blueberry under the fireplace - AND I found one very thick wool sock in the primary bedroom downstairs (how long was that there?). The bathroom mats were DIRTY. I washed them before I left so they were clean for the next family that stayed. I thoroughly swept the house and found crumbs in the dining room rug for food that we never had. I also wash, dried AND folded all the towels, as instructed. What is the cleaning person hired for??? I don't know if you vet or ever check on the cleaning people, but it really wasn't great. I have NEVER had a problem with any of the VRBO's I rented and this was the first time dealing with this relator. Sorry for this not-so-great review, but.... you asked.
