Staying in Lake Harmony Estates means you get access to a private beach on Lake Harmony, just minutes from the house! Perfect for swimming, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying the water with paddleboards and kayaks. Open only to community residents and registered guests. To gain access, simply purchase beach passes!



Guest Access:

⚫Guests have access to our entire home and will be provided with the front door code upon check-in.

⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival so everything is ready ahead of time!

⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐. A door code will be sent automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time.

⚫Checkout instructions 🧼🕒 will be sent a day before your departure at 2:00 PM.

⚠️ THERE IS NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL - Please do not allow food debris down the kitchen sink drain; kindly use the trash can only.

⚠️ We do our best to ensure propane is available for grills/fire pits, but cannot guarantee it throughout your stay. If empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement (do not purchase a brand new tank).

⚠️ Given our rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. We have comprehensive year-round pest control measures in place. Let us know if you have concerns!

⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear. They are generally well-behaved if food and trash are secured.

⚠️ Winter Driving Note ❄️: 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended in winter. We plow the driveway, but conditions vary quickly. Guests are responsible for any towing needed.

⚠️ Lost & Found Shipping Policy: $50 handling fee for item retrieval/coordination, separate from shipping/delivery costs 🚚.

⚠️ Guests are responsible for properly bagging and disposing of all trash in the designated bear box or trash shed before checkout. A $5 per bag disposal fee applies for trash left inside the home or outside the designated area.

⚠️ Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Outdoor stairs may become slippery when wet or icy—use caution and hold handrails.

⚠️ Plumbing Rules: Only standard toilet paper flushed (no wipes/paper towels). ONLY water down sink/shower drains. No grease, food, or items down the kitchen sink drain.

📌 Submitting a valid ID and signing our rental agreement after your reservation is confirmed is required or your reservation will be cancelled.

📌 A refundable security deposit is required for all one-night reservations and bookings made outside of Airbnb (optional add-on for Airbnb bookings).

📌 For Airbnb reservations with a one-night stay, an additional damage waiver of $100–$200 is required via the Resolution Center.

🌙 Important HOA Rule – Outdoor String Lights

All outdoor and string lights must be turned off by 11 PM. Violations may result in a $300 HOA fine passed on to guests.

📌 If a previous guest doesn’t follow guidelines, we may drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay. This may take until the evening of your first night to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. Professionally serviced after every reservation with time-stamped photo records on file. Additional guest-requested hot tub servicing comes with an extra fee.
