SNOWBIRDS: This home is private and in a gated community. Centrally located to Orlando and beaches on both EAST and WEST Coast for sunny days, terrific for long-terms stays.

PROFESSIONALS welcome: Hi-speed internet both in the home and at Cyber Cafe, fitness center, ATM. Print, scan and fax available at clubhouse.

We love our family home and visit here as well, please respect it!

Guest booking must be 25+ in age with the exception of children with parents.

The home has been stocked for several days worth of starter supplies, however, this is a self-service home.

We brought our kids' loved and cherished childhood items, books, and games for your kids to enjoy. Please make sure these things stay on property as they are really important to us.

SMOKING of any kind is not permitted on property.

The community has a noise reduction mandate and out of respect for families, quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. Loud noises and events of any kind will not be tolerated.

Maintenance during your stay will not be available unless it is a emergency or security concern. The home is inspected after each guest. This is a very important home to us, please respect and treat it as your own.

Alcohol and glass around the pool is not permitted due to safety risk. Glass is hard to clean out of a pool and it’s equipment!

Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to severe allergies. In the event a pet or pets are brought onto the property, a additional cleaning fee may be charged to sanitize the home.

Should temperature reach under 45 degrees pool heat will be halted with refund of pool heating as needed for equipment safety.

Guest are recommended to purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay. June 1st to Nov 1st is hurricane season. Refunds will default to platform policy.

We have a $50 charge for items left behind, plus shipping. Please do a careful final walk through before you leave.

There is no United States Postal Service to this address.
