This 1-bedroom condo in Oceano is perfect for your escape. With a king-size bed and a twin sofa bed in the bedroom and a full-size sofa bed in the livingroom, it offers a great space for guests. We are a block from the beach and the entrance to the Oceano Dunes. We are located across the street from the Oceano/Five Cities Elks Lodge. There are many restaurants and stores near our rental.
We are less than 3 miles to Pismo Beach and 10 miles to Avila Beach. There are many beautiful hiking trails around the rental and a park with a playground.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and with a very well stocked kitchen. I like cooking so I really appreciated how well stocked it was. Very good location, walk to the beach and to several restaurants and very close to Pismo. I would certainly recommend this place and would stay again.

Homey accomodation

Though small, this place did just fine for our family of four to spend two nights while visiting San Luis Obispo. It was well-stocked and clean and felt cared-for. Dana responded right away when I asked for the wifi password. There were plenty of towels. The soap dispenser in the kitchen was empty. The fold out bed in the living room wasn't very comfortable, so my daughter chose to just sleep on the couch (but Dana said she's planning to replace furniture). We didn't know where we should take the trash out to when we checked out. I think those are our only complaints, and they didn't really affect the quality of our stay.
