Pool home with a large living room and 3 bedrooms (including a large master). No carpets floors. Close to downtown located in quiet residential area with southern orientation and heated pool included.
Many shops and restaurants are nearby.
Great location close to downtown and beach, One wing is the master room, the other has two more room. So its very private from one wing to the other.
The house is maintained with a weekly visit from the pool technician and gardener.

The house was exactly as expected. Great value for the property. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was awesome! We got plenty of use out of the beach equipment. I loved that there were a few coolers available to use.I was a little suprised there were no dressers in the bedrooms to unpack our lugage, but there was plenty if closet space.Gerard was very responsive to my messages throughout the booking process and our stay.I would stay here again!
